Do you ever notice that you get really upset when things don’t go your way? Are you finding yourself complaining about little things along with the big things? Do you wonder if you will ever find your joy? These are just a few areas that mindfulness can help with.
Mindfulness is being in the present moment. Noticing how you are feeling. Being aware of your surroundings and others. We tend to make problems for ourselves when we act when we are feeling a strong emotion. We become angry at work, and we quit our job. We get upset at our partner and break up the relationship. Learning how to navigate our emotions and what they are trying to tell us, can allow us to really get to know ourselves and what is important to us.
